Despite a bit of a cold and a mild fever, Calder managed to stay very busy this weekend...He took his dog 'pup-pup' for a walk, "just like Lucky". He would even stop to pet him every once in a while.
He spent countless hours playing with his new easel -- a birthday present from Grandma!
For those who can't tell, he drew a couple of rocket ships and the start of a rainbow.
He admired the ducks (and boats and airplanes) in Old Town.
He giggled at Daddy's duck call. If you've never heard Dave's duck call -- you're missing out. It's quite impressive. 
He stopped to visit a street vendor, who made him a guitar out of a balloon (he also found a lollipop hidden behind Calder's ear)! Alas, Calder managed to pop the balloon less than an hour later, but it was fun while it lasted.
He was also pleasantly surprised to get a close-up view of a fire truck!
