Calder had his 2-year checkup yesterday. He weighed in at a whopping 34.6 lbs and is 37 1/2 inches tall. I think there may have been a bit of measurement error on the height...but if it's right, that means he'll be about 6'3" as an adult! Watch out Uncle Sean, looks like you're going to have some competition!
Calder's vocabulary and imagination continue to grow each day. Here's a conversation he had in the car yesterday with his little Fisher Price lion and Scoop (a "Bob the Builder" construction vehicle):
Calder: "Let's play soccer in the basement!"
Calder: "Lion, do you like soccer?"
Lion: No response
Calder: "Scoop, do you like soccer?"
Scoop: No response
Calder: "Okay! Let's play soccer!"
