At the end of May, the girls and I trekked over to Maryland for a morning of strawberry picking. It was so much fun, and my two little helpers really enjoyed it.

Tessa was a great helper. She filled her container pretty quickly. |
 |
This little one, however, had something else in mind. See how empty her container is? |
 |
I'm pretty sure not a single strawberry made it in. |

Once Tessa figured out what Alyse was doing, her production rate slowed quite a bit too! |
We came home with $36 worth of strawberries! We ate a lot, gave some to our neighbors and made some yummy strawberry jam with the rest. Can't wait to do it again next year!
