This is probably my most favorite thing that I've ever made. It's a cover/blanket for Alyse's car seat that attaches to the handle with velcro. It keeps her covered without falling onto her face, and since it's attached to the handle I don't have to worry about it falling off or the wind blowing it away! I've been told by many friends and strangers that I should sell these...but since I'm a super slow sewer, it's probably not the best idea!
Peek-a-boo!
I actually made this little purple hat last winter...and it was intended for Tessa. But, it came out waay too small. I held onto it thinking she could put it on her baby dolls, but when tiny Alyse came along, it turned out to be the perfect size for her!
And, lastly, the hats that I made for Calder and Tessa this winter. I was pretty thrilled with how these came out -- especially since I created the rocketship by hand (I had a stencil for the bird). And best of all, the kids love them. They're pretty stretchy, so I'm hoping we'll get at least one more winter out of them!
I have so many more fun ideas up my sleeve...so if I actually get around to making them, I'll post more pictures!
