Biking with Zaidy

Tessa thrives on one-on-one attention. So, she definitely loved when Zaidy helped her tune-up her bike and then helped her practice taking it for a spin! 

 

 

 

A beautiful day in the neighborhood

The girls loved all of the pink petals throughout our neighborhood this spring.  I have to admit -- I loved it too!  And I also loved the opportunity to snap some pics of my girls filled with joy!

Soccer Girl

Tessa participated in the "mini-kickers" soccer program this Spring.  For the first time, she actually enjoyed an organized sport/activity!  I think she had a lot of fun...but she has already said that she doesn't want to do it again, because it was "too much hard work."  Oy!

Easter Sunday

We had a great Easter Sunday! Beautiful weather and fun with friends.

Alyse cracks me up in this picture.  Have you ever seen a child so excited about a book!? The Easter Bunny brought them each a new kite, books, pjs, a small toy and of course, candy! 

It didn't take Tessa long to find her favorite. 

  The Easter Bunny also left eggs all over our backyard!  So many yummy treats!

After church we headed over to our former neighbors' house.  The kids miss each other so much, and had a blast playing and hunting more eggs!

Easter Egg Hunt

The kids love a good Easter Egg Hunt!  They were a little disappointed with the smaller number of eggs this year, but we still had fun, and we brought Grandma along this year too!

 Tessa really wanted her picture taken next to these yellow flowers. 

 There she goes, lovin' on that bunny again!

 Like her outfit?  She picked out her socks and shoes all by herself.
