I'm Baaaaaaaaack!
Hello, hello! Anyone still out there?! It's been 6 months since my last post - yikes! Although I don't want to give up entirely on this little blog...I just can't keep up with it like I used to.
For the last 6 months or so, I've been posting my photos mostly on instagram - it's much less time consuming, so it's been working for me. But I'd still like to try to do some posts here once in a while. This year, I committed myself to doing a Project 365 (a photo a day). I've tried to do it in the past (unsuccessfully), but this year, I've made it to day 79 already, so I'm definitely on a roll! Sometimes my photo is based on a prompt from a 365 group, but sometimes it's just the only picture I took that day. Anyway, since many of my 13 blog readers are not on instagram...I'm going to post my Project 365 photos here -- usually in collages, so I only have to do one post a week or so.
Here are the first few. Hope you enjoy! :)

Strawberry Picking

Baby Loves Pepperoni
One evening, I was trying to get some photos of Alyse in her adorable "A" romper (which she has now refused to ever wear again), but she would not put down the bag of pepperoni. This girl loves her pepperoni. And now I have these photos to always remind me of that!

Tessa is determined to learn how to ride a two-wheeler! She has been trying, but is not quite there yet. Keep at it, sweet girl!
Meanwhile, this little one is more like her brother and has no interest in bikes. She'd much rather find a nice patch of grass and sit down with a good book!

It's the little things
After our tulip farm visit, we stopped at Cracker Barrel for lunch. Afterwards, Tessa really wanted to challenge Zaidy to a game of checkers. It was a beautiful day, so we sat down on the porch and ended up staying there for over an hour. Tessa had quite the lucky streak in checkers that day!
And this little one made her own kind of fun. She ran back and forth across the porch singing and dancing. She was having such a ball!

I love this last picture...even though Alyse is blurry. She was teasing Zaidy and completely cracking herself up. Such a fun, relaxing, simple time with family. I'll always remember this day.
